Lexus taking my car back!!!
well, i looked at it in a way that they are stepping to the plate. the worse thing would be to continue the cycle of repairs. id rather have a new car after this ordeal because i wouldnt feel good knowing my new car went through some serious overhauling and i didnt even have an accident.

Me.Fogget it.6 month go thru this.No way.
In your case,You can ask anything you want.NEW,COLOR,OPTIONS,EXTRA STUFF LIKE CLEAR BRA,WINDOWS TINT.Trust me they will do anything,just to keep you happy after so many screw ups.
Otherwise take lawyer and get money back and they keep car or 10K minimum.Plus car must be fix it.
My friend use to have 06 bmw545i.Took him 9 month to suit under lemon law,but he's get 9500$ from BMW coorporation(NOT DEALER)
He's reason different then yours.He'swas uppset just because in less than a year he was 8 or 9 times fixing his bmw.Realize how much time and trouble his going thru,decided can't take this anymore.
100% You shoud get NEW invoice price and low APR!
If I'm in your position,that what minimusm I would ask!
I have 20 000 still under warranty,anything happen..........
I would fight for my rights.It is not 18 000 car to close eyes on that.
