Default GS Headroom

I was looking today at the new GS350AWD. First 3GS I've sat in... and it felt cramped! I'm 6'2", 230lbs, 36" waist and 52" chest. I have a SC300 and it felt snug but never cramped. Now I'm pretty sure I had the seats all the way down and back and it still felt cramped. My head was literally touching the headliner, had to drive it with the sunroof open. Someone please tell me I just wasn't able to adjust it completely. Are there any other big guys with the 3GS? Tell me how you fit in it. It would suck big time if I couldn't find a comfortable position in this car. I already wrote off the IS for being too small...

I'm only 6'
But, I have to lean backward more then I want to... Took some time to get use to it.
I still like the car... eventhough it has small interior for it's class and Ceiling low...
You might want to consider M35 if you need more space!!

I first wanted the IS250AWD, but I couldn't even sit correctly unless I was practically lying down. I'm a bit disappointed that I can't seem to sit correctly in the GS either. The visability seems worse than in my SC??!! This can't be, the 2GS was great. I'm going to have to see it again and go for another drive. I really want to stay with Lexus for my AWD pick. (no SUVs for me).

I'm 6'1", 190, and long-waisted. With the seat down all the way and back some, the headroom is OK while driving - though getting into the car is a lot harder than getting into my former RX300. The headroom isn't the greatest, but had they provided more the lines of the car would have been compromised and it might have looked lumpy.

5'10, 150 lbs. My spikey hair brushes the roof, but my buddies who are 6'2 and up have driven it with no complaints.

6'4" 198 lbs. I usually brush my hair slightly when entering the car. Once I'm in it's good, but no headroom to spare. The GS's low profile looks great, but I'm going for a little more room in my next car.

6'3", 245 lbs., 38 in waist 50 in chest. I fit comfortably. Getting in is a little more effort than my Escalade obviously but ok after getting used to it. You should be able to adjust to find a comfortable position. It is certainly not "roomy" but you definately should by a different vehicle if you want space. I love my GS 450h, the performance is outstanding! It gets me top performance and comfort vs. many other small sports cars with comparative performance.

its a good thing i'm 5'8" cuz i can tell the head room isn't much, i'd hate to scrape my hair on the roof...i'm a greasy guy, the headliner would get wet :-)

Seating in it comfortably shouldn't be a problem!
But, I'm having hard time seeing the traffic light.... specially when I'm the first one on the line...
Front and rear windows are too small due to low roof-line... I think...
