Default ac light blinks

I have a 2001 GS300. I just replaced the ac compressor and the condenser. When I was charging the system, the compressor came on once and the clutch didnt engage again. I looked at the dash and the ac light was blinking. There are stored codes, 21,24,41 and 43. My blend doors do not work, thats a job for another day. If i push the ac button, I can feel ice cold air come out for a second till the light flashes. Any suggestions?

You need to be monitoring the gauge readings (high and low) while the compressor is coming on for whatever amount of time. You could have too much oil in the system (or not enough) causing the high side to "sky rocket," activating the high pressure cut out switch. Idk what those codes you provided mean. GL

The codes were pulled from the a/c control unit. I replaced the a/c relay and the compressor still shuts off right away. The compressor is a brand new Denso compressor and came with oil in it. I'll hook up the gauges again to see what readings I have. Thank for the info!

Did you pull a good hard vacuum on the system after replacing your compressor? Did you replace your dryer as well?
