Save your money for coils. I went with springs at first and was happy with them for a little while than got coils. When you get coils your get new shocks/struts when you get springs you can upgrade your stock shocks/struts if you want to. Of course by lowing your car's center of gravity you are improving your handling. After that depending on how worn out your bushings are you can do the daizen bushing upgrade. Hope that helps

At Shox.com, B&G springs brings the car down 1.6" and for just $209.00 now that's a deal.
Just did a search on B&G to see what a 1.6" drop looks like and I think this will be my choice of springs to use...OH YEAH!!!!

My vote would be for Sage Coilovers. I got to ride with them on PHML's car when he had them. They run about $1000, but what I love about these coilovers is they are compatible with the TEIN EDFC unit. If you ever want to run the TEIN EDFC at some point, the Sage is a good bet. Cheaper and just as good as any TEIN coilovers.

Otherwise, if you don't want to spend that much and are not looking for a super slammed look and want more handling, I would just get a set of drop springs of your choice and use the rest of the money for Daizen or TRD sway bars. The sway bars will make a big difference.

Of course, if you can swing coilovers and sway bars all the better

Save for coils, then Daizen bushings, then sway and strut bars. Then to top it all off, front and rear RCAs.
