factory lug nut key
Are they all the same? Or do I have to go to the dealership to get one?

no they are not... u can go to the dealer to see if they can match it up

The techs should have a master key set. They can't sell just the key, you have to buy a new set.

take a 12point 21mm socket and hammer it on. twist it off by hand and it should come off

thats what i did and had to turn all 4 craftmans 12 point cuzz it got stuck on it and had to get new one haha (lifetime warranty)

Did you check the spare tire compartment for the key? There should be a little tool kit in there.
