Default Missing lug nut key

I have a 1998 es 300. I need to change a tire but I do not have the lug nut key. Can anyone tell me how I can get the correct key? or do you know if a later model lexus would use the same key? my firend has an 06 es 330.

The keys were usually plastic tie wrapped to the original lug wrench, under a plastic locator in the trunk.

It they are Lexus original equipment, McGard may be their brand.

I swore Lexus had master keys for getting them off. I know when I last took my RX300 up to the U.S., they got them off without even resorting to asking me for the key.

Incidentally, when I first came down here to Mexico, could not find key when I went for a tire rotation and balance and we had to BURN the old locks off. Worked, but what a PITA.

...do you have a local Lexus dealer nearby? They have all the keys to all the lug nuts, unless they're not oem lock nuts.
