Default Help: Disableing DRL.

00' GS400

I want to disable the DRL, i did this mod i found in the forums.
http://bananags.netfirms.com/GS_DIY/DRL/

But that dosnt fix the problem. The lil Bulb on the corner of my highbeams are disabled, but when i turn the key, the actual high beam bulb still glows softy.

THAT is what i want to disable, without disabling the use of my highbeams.

Am i doing something wrong or is there a different way to do this?

go to your local dealer and tell them you want them to disable the DRL through the lexus personalized settings (LPS) or also known as "CBEST" settings.

they should do it for you on the spot through a mobile computer they connect to the car.

Is there a list of options i can unlock while im there?

Cause in BMWs, windows roll down by remote like the 2GS, but only remote roll up is available in Europe but can be unlocked on US models.

its not on the actual list pamphlet they give you to choose from. but just let them know and make a note in the pamphlet that you want the DRL turned off and they should do it. (at least thats how it was at my dealership)
