Default Same problem - more info about solution?

I have exactly the same problem. I just imported my RX 450h from Germany where they do not use DRLs into Finland where we must always have either headlights or DRLs on.

Could you please elaborate a litte bit more how you solved the problem by changing a relay? Which relay it was exactly and what was the replacement relay type code? Where did you get the replacement relay?

It seems to be very easy for the American versions of RX to enable/disable DRL just by using standard Nav functionalty which is there in the U.S version as shown in this pdf:

http://www.lexus.com/pdf/service/RX_with_nav_LPS.pdf

It is strange that my European version of RX do not have Vehicle Customization -screen available in the Nav at all. In my version there is the screen "Vehicle Settings" with only two buttons availabe: "Maintenance" and "Lexus Park Assist" but the third button between them "Vehicle Customization" is totally missing! Anyone have any idea how it could be made visible? Before anyone suggests: yes, I do have the other way to access some of the vehicle settings using streering wheel buttons, but unfortunately the options there do not include DRL enable. :-(
