just getting started.....
pretty much all u need is this
1. a 10mm socket wrench etc. to take out 4 bots... when u open ur trunk two on the outside and when u pull back the lining two more on the inside.
2. slowly pull the taillights outs... and then it should be jsut the harness plug, unplug it and pull the harness out also
3. okay now the tough part, using the heat gun can damage the lights..make sure you HAVE ALTEAST 1.5INCH DISTANT FROM THE LIGHTS....any closer could damage the plastic...heat the area in betwen the lens and the plastic.
4.take the screw driver slowy pirve it open one 1inch at a time if it doesnt come out easy u might need to heat that part up some more.
5.make sure when u do this keep the other screw in between the lens and the plastic so u can work it better.
6.onces it is open the lens is just a big hunk of orange and pull it out.
7. putting it back is simple just go to ur home depot and grab some adhseive and seal it up make sure it a good one water proof etc..silcone one works good also..
8.whipe it up and reverse step 1 and ur done...just sit back and watch in aww JP tailligths with some elbow grease

I still prefer them to the newer tails on the market for some reason too...
