Looks like a 3V RC motor that I use to have when I was a kid.

Is it possible that the shaft is not as long as I think? I am at work now but I will pull the worm gear off and see....

I can vouch that you can change out the actuator without removing the window.

Although since you are in there, you might as well grease up the tracks and stuff.

I'll take pictures soon. I took the whole thing apart to see if I could fix it, but I couldn't, so I'm waiting to order a new one from Carson. My door is naked right now with no panels.

Okay.. the shaft is not that long. I was wrong. It looks like just a standard little motor. I see no reason why you could not replace just the motor.

See my pic.

I have the motor in my hand and will measure the motor to see if the one on http://www.mabuchi-motor.co.jp/cgi-b..._ID=fc_280pcsc matches what we got. Stay tuned.

Okay.. I am certain that if it is the motor that is going bad then this motor that is on http://www.mabuchi-motor.co.jp/cgi-b..._ID=fc_280pcsc will work. I have taken pics of the measurements that I have taken and I would like to buy on to try to get it to work.

I think I will have to heat the end of the motor to get the attachment off so that it can be pressed back onto the other motor.

I did hook the motor up to a 12 volt power supply and it pulled around an ampt to run so I think the motor is BAD
