New thing!??
I firgure it used to increase voltage to the headlight and thus brighter headlights??
But then, it should have shorter light life, excessive heat and burn your headlight~

John,

Request from myself and other members....Can you please add a little more detail to your titles and posts (other than pasting a URL)?

"What is this? And does it work?" + ebay link and other similar threads recently are a bit vague...

Thank you

to be honest if you wire up a relay to increase voltage it would do the same exact thing.....i did this to a few cars with super white bulbs that require higher watts......

what kind of relay does it use? Did it have the effect that blacksc400 spoke of?

do you have to change the relay if you go to a higher wattage bulb?

Heh, this looks like poor mans HID's to me, Ask Alexus-Kia, her foglight wirring harness was melted with those type of bulbs. All that kit does is provide you with a new harness which would supply more power to those light bulbs. Nonethless they will still create alot of heat and possibly damage your headlight. And for 64 dollers you might as well put it in a bank account and save up for HID lights, the will outlast those high wattage or any other halogen bulb about 3to1 and will be 3 times as bright.

Oh yeah, by the way, increased wattage = increased heat = possible melted headlights surround = expensive replacement....

These boosters are cheap Chinese kits and will very possibly fry your wiring harness over time. It just increases the power /voltage.

Also prepare to buy a bulk load of bulbs, since you need them ...
