Default Head Lighting question

Is there a way to "de-line" the headlights and raise the beam of light about .5". I was also looking into Xenon healights, or some type of very bright headlight to increase visibility. I am also looking for some very nice fog lights if anyone has a good brand. Prefered LED or some type of bright light.

I think I saw a good pic illustration of the adjuster screws on one of clear headlight diy threads. Try searching for that

there is a way to de-line the headlight lense, you just gotta do A LOT of sanding untill they are gone.
