Hi Everyone.. I just bought my very 1st Lexus and am on website for the 1st time as well. It's an '01 GS300. LOVE it already. The freakin car dealer didn't have both keys & I was outdone when I found out the price of an extra key. Over $200. WOOOO!!!

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions where to get another one? It's the Master with the lock/unlock/truck buttons on it.

You can get a new geunuine, custom cut Lexus key for around $145 (discounted price). You just need your VIN number, and some proof that the car is yours. Go to www.lexusparts.com or give Carson Toyota parts department a call (www.carsontoyota.com) to check on their exact price.

You can also try http://www.toyotaandlexusparts.com/ as well (Hoy Fox Toyota). Usually, calling them gives you a better price than buying off the webage (probably due to the internet middle man).
