These are the products Ive tried, but have been of little help. This is an ES350 UL 2024. Dealership was of no help in addressing the problem. Good luck.
This next picture I tried using black show wax as suggested, and this is the result. It looks good right now, but we’ll have to give it some time to see how long it will last.

As posted by numerous members, many, many products have been tried - and failed to eliminate the marks that somehow appear on the dash. Shame on Lexus for continuing the production of this material that marks so easily and can't be fixed. I had it right after delivery of my 2019 and here we are in 2025 still complaining. Poor planning and even worse customer service brought to you by Toyota...
First of all, no product will remove the scratches. This is not dirt, but the top coat is removed.
The only solution is to spray paint the plastic.
Put aside the fact that the plastic is very fragile, you can prevent it for scratching by putting a thin layer off Chemical guys sprayable leather.
Did you have to sand it down?
Or did you just wiped it with alcohol wipes and start spray painting it?
Does that blue/black provided by classic leather dye match the dashboard color ?

There is no need to sand it down. The prep fluid is included in the package to prepare the service.
I’m not sure about the black/blue but the brown matched 100%.
