Default Dashboard Scratch Issue

I have an ES350 2024 ULTRA LUXURY EDITION. When cleaning the dash gently the cloth left scratch marks. I was using a soft chamois cloth. Is there any solution to get rid of the scratch marks or repair the dash so the whole dash looks like it originally did?
Here is an example of the scratch. Also how do you keep this dash clean without further damage?

Oh boy.
We have lots of info on this topic. Short answer is no, this isn't easily remedied, and the fragility of this material is a major flaw in this car. Some have taken it off and repainted with pretty good success. Just do a little searching on here, you'll find what I'm talking about.

As Woody stated, there are many threads regarding this subject. The bottom line is that there is no fix for abrasions and scratches on the dash material. Some members use a cover up spray but it simply covers the marks and eventually they reappear. This all started 6 years ago with the inception of the 7th. gen cars and Lexus did nothing to correct it. GOOD LUCK!

If it is still under warranty, take it back to the dealer. I have a 2022 this happened on and they brought out their interior guy who restained it.

I know people won't like this. But, I have a black interior. I have actually found that a little black shoe polish paste seems to cover up or for sure, dull any blemishes in the door handles and the plastics in my car. And they have not come back.

The only solution is to paint that part. I did exactly that and I am more than happy with the result.

I used this before I found the real solution, and it worked, sort of, it was a bit shiny.

Adam's Interior Detailer hides it nicely for months at a time before it magically reappears!

The real solution is to spray paint it.

Since you applied the Classic Leather Dye to your ES's dash parts did it change the susceptibility of the soft touch dash material to showing scratch and scuff marks? Reduce it? or no change?

P.S. For those who are curious about ESh's solution, see his Is this dashboard soft trim replaceable? post #9 which includes the product used along with before and after photos of his ES soft touch dash parts.

Absolutely, no changes. It is soft, but scratch resistant.

what did you used maybe I’ll try that .
also does it come in a matte finish!!
many thanks
i know I could paint it but a little polish is much better since I can just tape it up and polish it with it’s still on the dash without removing that part!!
did anyone ever cover that part with leather that’ll be cool now we’re pretty expensive
