Unable to Register Lexus Enform App Suite for ES 350-2017
When attempting to sing up to Lexus Enform App Suite using a computer, iphone or any device, the following error occur:
Error or Message: The VIN you have entered is invalid. Please check to ensure you have type your VIN correctly and the vehicle you are trying to register is Enform-capable.
Steps:
1. At the Lexus Enform App Suite Sign Up screen enter name, email address, enter password
2 Proceed to enter VIN number
The sign up screen raise the error.
What is Working?
1. Already using the Remote application
2. Performed the steps to run a decode on my VIN number and got the expected results.
Question:
1. Can anyone provide some recommendations to take care of this issue?

Previous registered vehicle
Hello I have the sane problem and was told my nx was previously registered. How do I receive my vehicle if I bought it second hand. I was told they only use a fax which seems very archaic to me.. isn't there an email I could prove this vehicle is mine ?

I have a 2017 ES WITHOUT Nav and have the Enform app on my phone and it works great. I DID have all kinds of problems getting it registered. The salesman was on the phone with them for, IIRC, about 2 hours. Then I went home and was on the phone with them for I don’t even remember how long multiple times as they would call me back. They got it working. Then later, I got an email apologizing and extending the free period for a year. And according to the email it wasn’t just me. So right now I’m still good till July 19.
Your salesman can call them direct with his “dealer Id”. I’d go back and talk to dealer about it.
And yes, for whatever reason, having one car registered, then trading or whatever and getting a new car registered is much more difficult than it needs to be.

same problem, I faxed my info 3 times they said they never got it and suggested to go to dealer. I asked the technology guy at the dealership he told me its not worth the 250.00 a year.
