They didn’t attach the instruction. Just the remote start kit only as the picture.


Also you are missing some other safety documentation too. You should have also gotten warning stickers that have to be placed in the engine bay as well as on the window. Should have also been some key ring card with the Lexus logo on it showing how to remote start the car.

Yes, i have some other safety documents, the warning sticker, and the notebook shows to use the remote start but not the instruction shows how to install it.
I do not have the techstream...its kind of complicated, Could you pls show me more about this, or do you have any links (topic) talk about this?
And I just realized that, the RS kit they shipped to me is different Model to the one I ordered.
The one I ordered is PT398-33131, which is fit to my vehicle ES350; but the one they shipped to me is PT398-89100-SS.
I did search on the Internet, someone said that this PT398-89100-SS fits with the IS model, not my ES350 model though.

I would send it back.. not the unit you purchased.. not for your vehicle!
