Is a remote start system even possible on an 08 IS250? Was there ever a factory option for this?

Does it affect the push button start, "touch the door handles to unlock" features when installed?

Anyone recommend a system for this?

My dealer says they do not do them anymore since they are such a hassle to install. Personally I like not having to get my key out ever (I have the smart card).

Dealer take them to a audio shop they dont do them at lexus. All it is a separate small remote that push to start. Doesnt effect the oem remote keyless entry or anything else.

what we need to do is get in touch with http://www.luxurymotorworks.com/ they made the luxlink which gives remote start with the oem remote to the SC430 and GS...He can probably come up with something but we would have to show him alot of interest because everything would be limited production.
