Default Antenna Help!!! (ASAP!!)

My power antenna never really worked maybe it did but I don't remember. Unfortunately, Audio Express did the install and unplugged the antenna along with remove the plastic teeth. I ordered a new antenna but it won't be here for another week. My friend made a comment about the silence of the motor. I thought about and was wondering if my motor is working. How would I do that? What fuse would control that if it was a fuse problem? Also if my radio isn't hooked up to the antenna how would I go about connecting that? Help me ClubLexus, Your my only help!

So i recently broke my antenna and removed it i plan on installing it again soon. first time i would do it on my es300 but i wouldnt know how fast you need my step by step.

however my antenna has never been loud always super silent.
the wiring plugs for the antenna are really straight forward and should be located behind the carpet under that hole where the antenna goes. simple way to find out plug the sucker in and turn on the radio. if you got time i will update you on how my pops and i do it. step by step.

I have replaced the mast with one I bought cheap on E-Bay. It was rather easy and my antenna now works as it should.

if you bought your antenna and it had the proper harness to attach to the one that should be at the trunk of your car near where your new antenna+motor should go it should be a plug and play type of move. if the wiring was removed from the head unit and what not than you may have to check the wiring diagrams to double check it wasnt just removed entirely. regardless i will be doing it soon but my antenna has not arrived. but when i removed it it was 1 single harness i had to unclip nothing else. so im not really sure i hope you got time if not. i really recommend finding the wiring diagram for the antenna and follow the wire all the way down to make sure there that everything is properly connected without the harness the wires are a bunch of different. let me know how it goes until i get my antenna

If the motor is not making noise then it is dead and the whole motor and mast assembly needs to be replaced.
