Default Ok so.......

Ok, after my audio is all set up, wheels come right after it. I decided to say screw the dubs, as the more I think about it, the more I don't like how they would look on the Lex. I am looking at lowenhart LD1's if I can find a set for a good price used or new, but if not then Diablo Vienna's will do. I def will not go with the 20's as it does not look good at all. What about 19's? It might be pushin it I know, but for information sake, what fender mods would need to be done and about how much? They would be 19x8's and I would prob get a drop with it too say 1.8 up front and 1.6 in the rear. If its too much then def 18x8 with a drop, maybe a lil more than 1.8/1.6 Oh ya its a 1995 es300.

19x8's would work...with the proper offset and tire size combo...you should be fine. But if you want a fail safe rub free method, you need to either roll or preferably cut/grind your rear fenders just in case. 19s look overkill on a 95 ES. 18s would work out just right.

Ya, I thought 19's would be overkill, but just to wonder, any pics of one on 19's just to actually see?

Here's one I gathered up. This one's on a '97 ES, sitting on 19" Loewenhart LD1's (knockoff or real, you decide).

Def doesn't look oversized to me, hell I like 'em alot. How close are 97's to 95's? Cause from a side comparison they look pretty much the same.

heres my 18s on my 92, I dont know how they would look without the kit, I'd say the best example of a lowered ride with 18s is juans.

If you look at the body design of a 92-96 Gen2 and a 97-01 Gen3, you will see the difference in contour of the door into the bottom (especially if you compare it from a profile looking from front to back. The Gen2 is a bit more slanted inward into the bottom frame in comparison to the newer Gen3.

Please check out this thread on wheel sizes for your 95... It helped me ALOT on deciding which size wheels I decided to go with.

Hell I think 19x8's are the way to go. 20's look too big and I'm not thouroughly impressed with 18's. the Car Lexus007 posted up is sweet with 19 lowenharts. Gonna drop it too, but thats prob gonna take some shaving and bending. Any idea on how much to get it done, or can i do it myself? I know they have the bending tool, but i dont know what needs to be done for shaving.
