Default Wheel help

I think its time for me to get a set of wheels... Whats the best size i can get on my car without getting fenders rolled/pulled?

Any suggestions on 18s and 19s with tire size, how wide, and the offset?

Im pretty slammed and i dont hit/rub on stock wheels....
