Onto the next...
I forgot to mention the X will also have HW4 apparently. Going crazy over this decision...argh.
The gullwing doors scare me because of my 6 year old son, otherwise I think they're funky in a cool way. I'm not as concerned with newer X reliability.
Btw - I just got the vin# now!!!! 3 days to decide.....may try to delay the S more lol.

ST430, hameed and i are friends from way back... he loves his S and it's certainly a great car. i personally think if someone wants a really fast car it should be smaller and more nimble. but i also like the practicality and roominess of suv's, which is why i have a boring suv and a fun coupe.
i understand where hameed is coming from though, a large van-like vehicle doesn't say 'cool' really, even if it's blisteringly fast. but since you've had an s plaid and you change cars like most people do underwear anyway, i say go for the x to try something different.

That's just it though, the S is very practical and roomy because it's a hatchback. It's not as roomy as say a Sienna or Chrysler Pacifica for example, but how much room do you really need?

your hatchback can't handle anything very tall, though, like a table or dresser. not saying one moves something like that every day, but it sure is handy when you need it.
all vehicles are trade-offs, but as you know, i like having 2 vehicles for the fun/practical vs 1.
