But then you have to drive a Suburban...

And then you have to drive a minivan...

The point of a vehicle like this is its more stylish than a minivan, and easier to live with than a Suburban while still having good people and cargo hauling space.

Yeah that makes sense, a suburban has way more prestige around here though so style wise is area subjective.

Minivan is minivan.

I don't care about prestige lol. Suburban won't fit in my garage, and they are a PITA to park, just doesn't make any sense for us to have one to drive around all the time. I'd buy a GLS or X7 for that money

I just want a spacious 3 row SUV that i can enjoy looking at and driving vs a minivan that I don't...

For where you are that makes sense, I wouldn't want to deal with a full size around there myself.

The prestige comment was solely a descriptor of regional tastes! I didn't mean anything more than that as I also don't care, I have a old Jeep I keep at my house and if I cared about image I wouldn't have it.

I like Suburbans, I had that one in FL last year, but something like this CX90 is way more attractive to me and for my use.

The interior legroom numbers actually are really good considering its RWD...the fact that its that close to the Telluride...

These two models I added in so there aren’t two threads.

This is an outstanding effort by Mazda. I would 100% consider this to replace my 2004 4Runner V8.

This is also an outstanding effort. I like it a little less because of the 3 rows…

I am sold

the attention to details is phenomenal….the wheel arches are painted, the push button start has a little LED, the interior door frames around the windows are finished with a nice covering…. tasteful door sill protectors. Really nice 👍 Only things I don’t like are the absence of door courtesy lights.

add in inline 6, something you can’t get at Toyota and rwd. What a unique experience
Spoiler

Big thumbs up for me.

CX-90 is very heavy according to owners manual (p.701 for I6 and P.677 for PHEV) US version
Wonder how this will impact the driving...

Saw the new CX-90 today. The D-Pillar is quite uncanny to look at.. but the overall car looks pretty good as an SUV.

Doors seem to be missing the chrome window trim. Probably a pre-production model?

it does have MI plates so yeah likely a pre-prod. the other models out for review show the full trim on the upper glass.

I like the CX-90 but every time I see that rear it reminds me of this.
