Yeah LFS will never negotiate a lease buyout, they just won't. BMW will....MB wont...
Thanks! Lexus leases or at least the two that I had were lower payments but a high residual which was more than the cars were worth on the open “used car” market. I also don’t put money down on leases. Usually tax and title is required so I pay that at initiation. The large down that you will never get back in exchange for a low payment is not for me. It was not in the business interest of LFS to negotiate in either case.
Honda financial’s lease had a residual lower than trade in, so I could flip it, but buying it was the move. Not even 23K on the odo. It’s a great daily.
Time for me to resurrect your boat thread.
Only thing I don't like is I have to be logged in to see the Clubhouse posts so I miss so many posts now because of that.
Anyway, saw an old BMW 325 station wagon yesterday and I fumbled trying to get my phone out of my pocket while driving and I missed the pic opportunity.
I really wanted to get that and post it up since I haven't seen any of those old ones in a long time.
How many people out there does not know transfer case is a thing need to oil change?
A coworker has been driving 2019 Raptor to almost 80k miles but never change transfer case oil.

At least with my truck it’s 60-80k intervals even running full-time 4WD, wonder what the deal is here.
I saw this. First of all it’s just a disgrace to put stickers on a $100,000 luxury car, but it’s a free country.
THAT SAID, they had this sticker:
Hard to decipher, crappy camera but that’s a Weyland-Yutani sticker.
The driver is obviously an Alien and Aliens fan, that’s the name and logo of “The Company” in those films. Every Alien film after the 2nd one was a disgrace, I bet this owner would agree.
That always makes me scratch my head too. Also when people just don’t take care of nice cars. I parked next to a Bentley the other day that just so clearly had never been washed and the windows were all smeared up. Why would you spend so much money on a car if it obviously has so little value to you?

I don’t get this either. I saw this the other day, in such crappy condition.
W140 S500, pretty epic car. You know that costs money to keep running, why in the hell would the owner neglect the exterior? Those are still stunning when flawless, to me at least.
For that truck, it is should be 30 miles interval.
It's 60k. They say only change it if you tow or off road, but I would anyway. Mine wasn't changed until 80k from the PO, and I prob won't do it again until 160k.
