You're dreaming!
That was the "look" back in the day if I remember.

That was euro styling IMO.

I saw a new Prius in a cement color and I was shocked at how good it looked.

I never liked W123 styling, I find the car ugly. The coupe looks a little better but not by much. I will say it doesn't look too awful from the rear from my pic, maybe its best angle.

W124 much MUCH better. .

A good looking Prius? Now there's some news.

Yes and now they're not death traps every time you merge or basically do anything involving necessary acceleration, the 0-60 time dropped from over 10 to around 7 seconds.

I say that's good progress.

You simply haven't seen enough 124s (& 140s, for that matter). It's a bit nauseating over here - even when you see a good one. Like the coupes, though.

Over where? Overseas? Says you live in Florida...

I've seen and experienced MANY Mercedes including 126s 140s and 210s, R129s. There's an old SLK230 in my family which has been shockingly reliable.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say here lol.

I think that's Sofia (as in, Bulgaria), not SoFLA.

Ah my bad, I get it then. It didn't nauseate me (but then I don't live there) but there were Mercedes ALL OVER THE PLACE, cabs and all. So many stripped down W124 cabs when I was overseas. Never went to Bulgaria though.

Need my vision checked obviously.

It’s mind boggling to me how so many owners of these don’t know how to take care of them. Start the car every week or two and drive it for 15-20 minutes, gun it a little when it’s fully warmed up. Solved. Some posts scare the hell out of me, how bad these can get if you neglect them.

it's a damn shame how many great cars just sit and rot, and especially when people are afraid to put "too many" miles on them

periodically going on a long enough drive to get the oil warmed up is crucial too since it allows any built up moisture to evaporate off and avoid this happening:

i get too much enjoyment from my cars to ever let them sit that long haha
