same experience with the glass roll down I have. Kinda pointless. Your sequoia is that way too
Yeah I have never used that......I think I used it once just to make sure it works? I forget it even has it to be honest but perhaps I will remember going forward, I guess I could pair it with the front windows to quickly remove hot air in summer?
Wow that's so pointless.....insanely heavy and not very capable. Well that seems to be the trend these days so I guess it is what it is, I'm sure price will be north of 100k as well lol!

They've delivered.......TWO.
Lottttsssss of problems. It was my favorite EV but if it's just garbage forget it.

I just can't get over the weight/massive resources usage to make a car like that......just insane since this will only ever be a mall crawler driven by one person.

Yep, and almost 10,000 pounds is fine as long as it's an EV.

No wonder Toyota can't find any lithium for batteries
What’s the purpose of having a barn door? It didn’t bother me but I had no use for it.
I’m not 100% sure but I’ve heard it’s because it’s based on the Prado and the Prado has a tire mounted to the tailgate. How could you mount a tire to a lift gate? I also didn’t mind it opening to the wrong side because it was quicker for me to open since the handle was on the drivers side vs the passenger side.

I like this look and puts the spare in easy access.
It would have to be a swing out style gate tho, whatever they call that type of motion.

‘FJ Cruiser was built into the door. So is Prado. (But never knew till I just looked it)
4Runner had a lift up hatch. And tire out back.
Spoiler
wanna know something friend…
‘The styling cues of this version i love. I highlighted them. My new 4R has the wiper like this version. But my 04 is on the rear door exposed. Never liked

Jill that 4Runner did not have a lift up hatch. The rear tire was on a swing-out rack, then you had to roll the rear window down (it was powered), then you dropped the tailgate down.
Old RAV4 had a barn door with a spare mounted too.
yeah, I remember they did that. My guess is that they do this to save money.

good call. I never knew that I was sure it was a lift up. Thank you very much for correcting me. I learned something new every day.
