2020 Corvette Stingray (C8)
that video posted above has a good part on options... amazing you can pick seatbelt color and all kinds of other things... embedded here i don't think the time offset works, so it's at around 14:30
Nice Corvette, but it's still a Chevy! Had a GM Chevy Camero IROC and a SS. Based on GM experience, always was worried that if I really drove an American car like it should be, that it would fall apart! Would up treating them like a baby just to keep them working!
Don't feel that way with my RCF, since it is engineered correctly, (for instance, has as standard, oil and transmission coolers). Can enjoy my Lexus since I have confidence that it wont fall apart when driven like it should be!
Maybe I'm wrong, and maybe recently GM has started to make quality cars! I hope so, then I can buy me a C8!

At least in GM's favor: The standard crop of Corvette enthusiasts are more into bang for the buck and heritage, than reliability.
You are correct with your concerns. This new Corvette, as nice as it appears, is likely NOT going to be a reliable unit. Nearly all past ones have faltered or had major defects, and a decent chunk of current GM vehicles rank low. The odds are not good GM suddenly flipped a switch with this new Vette.

There's an oil cooler in the front bumper and a trans cooler on top of the rear hatch. The latter might be only with the Z51 package (Which I would never buy a Corvette without), but pretty sure the oil cooler is standard.
To add, CR also shows a negative report card for the Corvette.
