My take is RC may be an SUV, possibly sub RX if it's not a coupe.

E9X M3's performance was excellent right out of the box, this is the 4th M3, they know what they are doing already. They just need to work on the reliability.

This is the 1st premium Toyota sports sedan, 1st attempt..........lots of room for improvement.

That's why I said if Toyota and BMW got together and share what they know best, will be a crazy winner

If I'm not wrong, the current ISF ties the current M3 for laptimes?

Many critics believe the 2012 F surpassed the M3.

I am an F owner. It's faster on the low and upper end. More importantly it puts a smile on your face every time you pop it above 3,500 rpm.

What does the new F need: not much. It's already a blast and a beast.

My guess is the RC 350 and the RC F will be the coupe version of the IS. Just like how BMW is now separating the 3 series into the 3er and 4er, I believe Lexus is following and separating the IS into the IS (4 door) and RC (2 door.) Lexus may try and tie the RC back to the old SC but that may be a stretch.

I don't think the RC is any kind of suv as I believe if they did that, they would use IX or something with an X for the second letter to designate that it's an suv as in GX, RX, and LX.

Default RC F Now Coming to Canada

Toyota Motor Corporation has finally filed for the RC F trademark (mostly) in Canada:

LEXUS RC F
Application No. 1623295
Filed April 22, 2013

The inclusion of "LEXUS" in the overall trademark makes me believe Toyota thought they might not get "RC F" alone as a trademark in Canada.
