The back up camera is an option

As far as the push start goes, yeah they don't have it. What they do have is Porsche's "Entry and Drive" (i believe thats the name) from what i understand of it (this is kinda dumb to me) theres a "fake" key in the ignition of your car. The real key, you keep in your pocket. Car unlocks when the real key in your pocket is close enough to the outside of your car, and when you get in and it senses the key inside your pocket, you can start the car (via the dummy key or doing something with the shifter, might vary with different models??). The real key doesn't leave your pocket. Push button start would have been way easier....lol

Porsche remains pretty traditional on the ignition (that's also why the key cylinder is on the left, after all) so there's no push-button start, just the Entry and Drive.

That said, I don't see how Entry and Drive is any different than having a typical push button.

I like it better without push start. There's a weird kind of satisfaction when turning the key

You never have to take the key out of your pocket. Instead of pushing a start button you twist a key like **** on the left of the steering column. Its no better or worse than push button, just different.

I think its odd the way the Germans always leave stuff like back up camera as an option as opposed to lumping it in with a larger tech package.
