Lightbulb 2010 Lexus LS refresh (460SZ, L-Select customization)

The first image shows the redesigned LS 460, very subtle changes, new wheels, likely turn signal on side mirrors. The 460SZ model has paddle shifters, Brembo brakes most likely, suspension upgrades. The interior has a gauge cluster similar to the LF-A with its center design, also Night Vision display. The rumored Lexus L-Select customization program, similar to BMW Individual, is revealed in the link.

Thanks for the pics buddy.

Personally I am not really a fan of the changes:

The wheels look like carbon copies of those off the prev gen ES

Front lower fascia makes the face of the car look a lot like the Avalon

"SZ" wheels are really not my style

Taillights, from these pics, look somewhat Camry-esque

Things I actually might like:

Interior changes

Rear bumper

SZ package enhancements (aside from wheels)

My opinions may change once I see the car/details in person...

It honestly reminds me a lot of the Toyota Crown Athlete:

Subtle upgrades but I like them. Can't wait to see the "sport" package with the Brembos & paddle shift!

nice L-select customization sounds good. Just now for Lexus to start doing security in house like BMW and MB.

Much like the 2007 release, this refresh just does not look imposing and stately the way it needs to. I suppose having a high-end luxury choice that is subtle and understated is probably a good thing, but I believe most people who pay north of $80k for a car hope for a bit of presence and road status. As I get a bit older, this isn't as important to me as it once was, but there are still a LOT of people who desire this.

Definitely very subtle changes. Can't wait to see it in person.

Wow, paddle shifters on an LS. That's interesting. I'm sure paddle shifters will also be on the GS F...

I don't know, looks like a step in the wrong direction, but still not horrible.

this car need new tail lights IMO, even the revised version looks kinda weak! extending the chrome bar in the back is a good thing.

not bad but I wish they would add a little more flavor . Lexus needs to add more aero options like Mercedes

exactly what i thought. and that is FAIL

at quick glance, it looks like a damn toyota.

they generickified it.
they actually make it look more like a hyundai, in that sense..... generic. Take off the lexus logo, and it can pass for a hyundai.

the 600h looks completely atrocious and offensive
