1) The SC was designed as the Lexus Luxury Sports Coupe that was designed at Calty in Newport Beach. The 1st Gen SC never was a convertible because cutting the top off meant killing the car's structrural integrity and quiet ride. Which is why they redesigned the SC from the ground up as a hard top convertible for 2002.

2) The Lexus LS400 Coach Edition 5 spoke machine finished alloy wheel.

Don't know the answer to the 1st question, but for the 2nd one it's the Coach Edition for the LS400. Here are pics of the Coach Edition '97 LS and regular '98 LS respectively:

 

yup...the only lexus that never came with fog lights......92 -95 sc300/400.

95-97 had fog lights builts into the headlight and the es250 had the fog lights just like the 1st gen LS400..
