It's just not clear to me why you pay the least amount possible yet want to pay more?
But you know darn well there are tons of people out there so jealous of people with more money than them it turns into hate, lots of them.

Because just me paying more than I have to doesn’t solve anything. We need to close loopholes and make people who have higher earnings pay the same effective tax rates as lower income people. If I had to pay more alongside everybody else like me then fine.

And those two new beautiful insanely tall luxury towers on Billionaire's Row in Manhattan, one of them Park 432, are considerably vacant. The other super skinny one as it gets taller also is nowhere near full. They can't sell the penthouse.

Let them leave. Doesn’t bother anybody. Let the real estate fall in value to where more people can afford it, then it won’t be vacant and people will be paying taxes on it.

Billionaires like I said create jobs and taxpayers... People always leave that part out. And they usually leave it all to charity too. Bill Gates is leaving his kids 10MM each and every penny of the rest of his billions is going straight to charity.

NYC is a great city and in many ways is better than it ever was. I’d live in NYC in a heartbeat, only city I would live in. Bear in mind 30 years ago NYC was a shithole full of crime and strip clubs.

There are also so many more billionaires now than there have been historically because of these things we’ve talked about we don’t know what they will do when they die yet.

One of my clients is from a billionaire family, private jet and all. Drives a Tesla whenever he comes to his offices in Queens from Long Island, so he can skip traffic on the LIE in the HOV lane. All the rich people in Long Island used to drive Prii with when hybrids were allowed in the HOV, now they are all driving Teslas.
