I get to live both the Costco and Non-Costco life. My truck gets gassed up at Costco. The BMW gets gassed up at a station closer to my house that sells E85 so that I can mix my E30-E40 cocktail. My last fillup averaged out to about $4.89 per gallon. premium was $5.29 and E85 was $4.09.
So are you also against tax cuts? Because they mean LESS TAX REVENUE for the government, which ultimately means more government DEBT,
biggest fallacy (the pie stays the same size) ever. i am not against tax cuts and while they may make a SHORT TERM drop in tax revenue, the stimulative effect makes the pie bigger and the same percentage size of a bigger pie is MORE GOVT REVENUE.
saw this about san francisco which has worked tirelessly to soak the rich and destroy itself and encourage people to leave...
San Francisco's $936M deficit is getting real. Now there’s a hearing about what gets cut
City Hall is finally admitting the budget hole is massive. $936 million next year.
Now, the Ethics Commission wants feedback on what should be cut. But you have to wonder, how much of this is real input, and how much is just cover for decisions that are already made?
The Mayor already ordered $400 million in cuts. Programs most of us use? At risk. Airport businesses? They just got rent relief.
Hence why developers will break them up or design buildings with properties that cost $2M or $3M or $5m or whatever they can sell.
that all takes time which nyc does not appear to have with its current fiscal holes.
Companies are not people lol.
they're an organization of people. if not that, then what are they?
More people are employed by small business than big business in the US, and the small business owners that employ them (like me) are not billionaires.

I don’t disagree at all.

Yet San Francisco still has one of the most expensive and fastest moving real estate industries in the country.

There are no quick fixes.

Organizations of people and individual people are different things.
Yep, same here. The exact Kwik Trip I filled up at on Wednesday for $4.84 is now $5.20. 36 cents in two days.
Costco back home is up 9 cents to $5.18.
Waited to fill up until I got home. But the local Costco was up 12 cents yesterday and another dime today. Currently $5.40. That Kwik Trip in WI is still at $5.20.
