BMW M340xi
9k miles 2022 540i fully loaded
Or
34k miles 2021 M550 lightly loaded but has all the options that the 540i does. Does not have dynamic handling or B&W option.
Both are certified.
My comment about the V8 novelty wearing off real quick is because the only time I get to use it is on the on-ramp. Into the traffic. And even if I drive in the suburban roads, there's a cop every bend and downhill.

+1 on the 540i
If you don't care about the V8 thats an easy choice, get the 540.
The V8 isn't about power its about feel. No 6 cyl has the effortless feel or sound of a V8. It just transforms any car IMO. I have never driven any car with a 6 cyl and a V8 option where I drove the V8 and didn't want it over the 6.

Modern V8s you will get much better mileage. I get overall average about 20MPG in my S580. Driving 15k miles a year I fill up once a week but its usually 1/2 a tank or so.
MPG doesn't matter nearly as much as range IMO, I don't care what the economy is as long as I get 500ish miles out of a tank on interstate.
Probably because the work Jeep gets 13.3 I've always considered anything over 20 to be magic. I don't care about traffic MPG as you don't physically move that far so 12-17 mpg in city means you overall will use barely any fuel from short distances vs driving 40 miles each way to work getting 30+
That said I'm still not used to my TDI getting what it does, I keep thinking the fuel gauge is broken
