Default CD009 swapped GTE GS300

Hey all finally getting everything together so I wanted to get this build page together to help out with anyone else interested in doing the same.

Im using the Collins A340 adapter, CBFperformance shifter, custom drive shaft, and collins diff adapter.

Im using a 92 Civic pedal

Still need to cut the brake pedal

Had a run-in with a pole and it turns out a JDM front cut with no engine is super cheap

I was attempting a DIY shifter build which the SC300 guys were doing, decide to just buy the CBF kit.

CBF Shifter is a perfect fit for the hole

Waiting for my driveshaft to be ready and finish up my transmission mount and we should be moving!

That's def a first! Making it look easy man! You how much power it can hold? Good to know it's an option for our cars, with some work of course!

It didn't take much work at all, the trans is definitely a little wider towards the end so I did have some hammering but not much. Trans power people say it is rated 800+ and it if breaks I can just get another for $400 unlike the r154.

Also I worked with CBFperformance and gave him better measurements for the shifter, the original was cut for an s13 height. The new GS version should sit the shifter center of the GS console.

Nice work. Did you have to modify the Civic clutch pedal at all to fit?

A little bit of bending of the pedal itself and shaving the mount to firewall to match

Looking great! I am glad to see someone trying the CD009, as it really is a great option with the prices constantly going up and availability going down for V160/161's and R154's...

Looks awesome. Can you post a parts list? Also wondering how hard this would be to adapt this tranny to a 1UZ.

Do you have pics of the interior? I'd love to keep the shifter confined to the stock location but I'm worried it may be too narrow

I was working with CBFperformance on this, this was with the older "extension" piece which was 3" which only hit in reverse. He now provides them at a standard length of 4" which should clear, he sent me the replacement but I havent had time to put it on yet. I will be doing that though because I want cup holders haha
