One more question for you. What did you do with that bushing/bracket thing that the driveshaft passes through? Did you remove it or incorporate it?

Yeah. The driveshaft comes out of the tranny, passes through that thingy and then attaches to the diff. I think it's called the "center support bearing," or that's what a thread in the SC section said it was called.

I swapped it for a One-piece driveshaft with the Collins solid diff bushing

Im using a 92 Civic pedal

You said you used a 92 civic pedal and i'm assuming a 92 civic clutch master cylinder. Have you had any problems with it not being strong enough to disengage the clutch?

Question Advice

Like the car, very clean. I too plan in the future to manual swap my GS. Since its going to be my first project, I just wanted to know any hints or advise about doing this swap. Was it hard to add the clutch pedal? What had to be done? and did you have to do anything to fit the shifter or any linkage?
