wouldn't a boost leak be the same as a vacuum leak????
Hmm, well I'm not quite sure how your supercharger ends up plumbed with relation to the throttle and such, but at least in a centrifugal supercharger or turbocharger application, a boost leak indicates a leak in the charge pipes from after the compressor outlet all the way up to the throttle body, and is independent of a vacuum leak.
I am begining to drive my car daily now, but not boosting due to a lean Air/fuel ratio. I am confused about whats going on. I plan on rebuilding the M90 and ran my gas talk dry and make sure there is no water in there.
Many people have made this work on a stock setup, so it should have no problems. I have my fuel pressure regulator maxed out and I am still lean. Everything works perfectly durring vacuum, but with boost it really struggles and misfires. Injectors tested OK 14.2 OHMs. O2 sensors maybe???
Man! You're so close! I'm sorry to hear you're still having some issues. I hope you get them worked out soon. You could easily run the tank dry in your driveway and then just fill her up.
I just brought a Cartech fuel managing unit that should boost up the fuel supply big time.
I am pretty sure that this will take car of the problem.
hoppefully in a few days we will see.
^ yep.. you are going to need something to manage the fuel supply.
You'll also maybe need something to adjust timing. You are forcing more air into the motor. Your timing will most likely need reduced across the board, esp. up top.
I am having a problem with running lean before the onset of boost. To solve this I am going to install a cartech fuel managing unit that should get me running rich before the onset of boost.
Once the boost is increased to 10 lbs. is when Piggybacks will be needed to retard timing a bit.
I will have more for you guys when after the install.

This just doesn't make sense...running lean before the onset of boost, unless the TPS or another sensor has gone bad. The stock computer shouldn't care whether a blower is on there or not, especially when in non-boost, so it smells like something else is fishy under that hood.
You have already reset the ECU, right?
Please keep us posted--I hope Corky's FMU can help...
I can spin up the tires on dry pavment in 100 degree heat with ease. Acceleration is wicked and will only get better!!!
Only problem is that during a few take off attempts the check engine light would flash and the car would buck and stop. The code I read was 41 TPS. I will need to readjust it again because I messed with it after the intial install.
I will be taking everything off to rebuild the blower and install some teflon coated rotors off a GTP pontiac. It will add about 1.5 - 2 lbs. of boost, so I am not sure about this mod. It will give me higher boost but with cooler temps I believe, so hopefully it does not detonate.
I added a BEGI fuel managing unit. It is what I needed to throw in more gas during boost. I am sure that I should change/upgrade the fuel pump to keep the pressure steady.
What pumps would be the best??? Walbro's are the best option from what I have heard, but I would hate to have a whiney pump sound in my cabin.

Great! I also posted on your thread on Lextreme.com regarding to this fuel condition. The Walbro is just so fine. You can barely hear it at all. It's a little bit louder than the stock because it simply pumps more volumn of gas than stock pump.
