This dash material gets burnished very easily. Some microfibers can be quite abrasive if rubbed too aggressively. I use white 100% cotton towels instead with Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer. No issues.

Just to follow up on my previous post. Long story short, I have many white spot over the door panels, and on the dash. I bring it to lexus attention during my first visit. And the service advisor said the dash area are not meant to be touched. And I said what happen if it is dirty. He simply reply, if u don't touch it, It won't be dirty and walked away to finish my paper work. So on my way home, i stop by an advance auto part to see if there is anything good to clean up the white mark. The guy ask me to try Chemical Guy interior cleanner. Got a bottle and just finished wiping it down with a clean micro fiber towel and all the white mark is gone. So for those having the same problem as me, just try it. It might work for you too. Hope i can help you all.

I noticed that my glove box cover has a lot of similar scuffs as well, and I have been unable to clean them off, making it worse. What products have made it work to remove the white marks?

This just happened to my 2016 RX350. I used meguiars apc diluted to 10:1 and it left a white streak on the leather dash. It looks like whatever thin coating Lexus used on top of the leather was removed.
I kid you not, I spit on my finger and rubbed it on the white spot and it disappeared, but after drying the white streak was still there plus whatever motion I made using the fingers. My spit and finger literally took off the coating. I didn't even rub hard, I thought it was white residue left behind by the apc.
Seems like the only fix is to apply something that's always "wet" to mask the "dry" spot. Almost like tire shine.
