After years of having my sexual orientation questioned for driving an easily recognizable hybrid(a Toyota Prius), my UX has now entered the "full hybrid stealth" mode... No one will ever know it's a hybrid...
Hybrid stealth mode steps... Stage 1: De-badge "hybrid" from rear doors - CHECK
Stage 2: De-badge Blue tinted "UX250h" from rear hatch - CHECK Stage 3: Add a 3.5" exhaust tip - CHECK Stage 4: Replace the blue bordered rear Lexus emblem - CHECK
Stage 5: Replace the blue bordered front Lexus emblem - CHECK
I ordered a painted(085 Eminent White Pearl) front Lexus emblem from NIA Auto Design 3 weeks ago... Just arrived today. The delivery included a sales brochure with the current listings for NIA's kits, a business card, an alcohol prep wipe, a die cut sticker and a painted emblem.
Popped the retainer clips and removed the front cover to access the Adaptive Cruise Control radar unit behind the grill...
Easy enough to remove the radar unit with a 10mm socket and a short extension. Once the radar unit is removed from the grill, the fun part begins... The Lexus front emblem is held in place with a spring type clip on the lower edge and 2 small phillips screws near the upper left and right edge. Here's where having small hands is a godsend. In the image above, you can see where you have to access the radar unit and the screws retaining the Lexus emblem, between the grill and radiator mount, under the hood latch. I removed the upper grill bolts to gain an inch or so wiggle room and still ended up with scrapes and gouges all over my fingers and the back of my hands.
Radar unit remounted...
NIA Auto Designs Lexus logo mounted and ready to roll...
I stacked a few layers of the Griot's Garage Ceramic 3 in 1 wax spray prior to the final mounting of the emblem.

Actually was referring to the carbon fiber accessories on the inside of your Lex.
There are a few of these available in just black, not carbon.
Most came in a 20 piece kit I found on Ebay. All the others came as individual pieces. All I did was search Ebay for "carbon fiber interior trim" and entered my vehicle into the search results. Post #38 of this thread shows 19/20 pieces in the original kit I bought.
The 20 piece set I ordered contains: 4-Window Switch Covers 2-Air/AC Dash Covers 2-Dash Defrost Covers 3-Steering Wheel Trim Pieces 4-Door Latch Covers 1-CD Cover 1 Central Console Dash Strip 2-Driving Mode Covers 1-Inner Gear Shift Panel(waiting on delivery)
Others I have found and ordered.
Seat Adjust Button Covers Glove Box Button Covers Middle Armrest Box Button Cover
Steering Wheel Logo Insert-small
