My drivers side sits 1/4" lower on the drivers side after a few days, Should I wait a little longer for them to settle or should I start worrying?

that's normal. lexus cars are always different height left and right (even stock). just that at stock height the gap is so big you don't notice

I can deal with the vibrations at stop. I just can't take the wobbling. i get between 10-20 mph during acceleration and deceleration. aligment is done so now I'm thinking about do Road force Balancing.
