the part you put arrows on mainly adjust the height. going green direction the car goes higher, going yellow the car goes lower. of course, in general, going lower will have stiffer ride

to adjust the dampening, which is what affects your ride more noticeably, is the **** at the top of the strut tower (very top of the coilover, in the middle). turn that **** clockwise all the way and you are at stiffest. counter clockwise each click and it gets softer and softer, up to 16 clicks. do NOT go past 16

Looking good there man, like rominl said, dont go beyond the 16 clicks, or youll be in for some bad news. Also adjust the damper setting to the type of roads you frequently drive on, if you have crap roads then make the settings softer. A middle setting always worked best for me.

When you turn that **** clockwise, does it eventually stop turning ? When it does, then I start turning counter clockwise ? I'm just trying to figure out how not to go over 16 clicks.

Yes it will stop. Full stiff is full clockwise.

Yeah I saw that chart. But it still doesn't say anything about the 350 so I'm guessing your correct, you use the same ones as the 06+ GS300.

I would like to be 100% sure before I purchase them though.

Contact Nigel-JDMParts, he is a vendor here. Just tell him the year and a model, he will do the rest.
