Ok, after searching through here I've come across too many different ways to bleed brakes. Does anyone here know the real deal procedure to bleed our brakes? Thanks guys.
Lol. What I meant was that both ways I found here couldn't be right. One said to have the car off for the fronts, on for the rears. the other said you don't need any special tools for the abs solenoids and the other says you do. Now I don't know what to do lol.

No need to to have the vehicle on. It's just standard for the 2IS. I'm assuming you were looking on the GS forums. That's the procedure for the 2GS.
For the IS just start from the farthest from the BMC. Which is the passenger rear.
My process: Use a syringe w a clean hose and suck the MC dry. Add New fresh Dot3 fluid.
Pressure bleed from far corner until fluid comes out clean w the either a helper or speed bleeders. Move to other side until fluid is clear.
Move to the front and repeat.
Once clear fluid has been forced out under pressure by the helper pushing the pedal and the bleeder being opened under pressure I move to the rear and repeat but this time while the pedal is down under pressure I tap on calipers from the bottom up to dislodge air. Then crack the bleeder letting 3 or 4 rounds of tap and bleed. As the final action on that side; while under pressure, crack bleeder allowing some fluid to escape but seal bleeder before the pedal bottoms.
Repeat at remaining calipers. The reward is a rock solid pedal with zero sponge.

Hey Fsport, and the rest of the guys, what do you feel about vacuum bleeding these cars? I've had good luck in the past with my other two cars (buick/subaru). Thoughts?
