So I've literally waited near 6 months for Axxis to say whether they will be able to deliver on the front ULTIMATE pads I ordered from Importrp.com; the sales rep I've been dealing with there on and off has been very cool keeping me updated on the lack of progress. So I've done some homework and since Hawk HPS pads are not available for the IS350, I'm leaning towards these YellowStuff pads. Never have been a fan of EBC, but I'm willing to give them a try...once. I've only read of ONE other 2IS owner (in Israel) that had used these with good results. He had a 250 with a IS-F caliper setup, and really seemed to like them after they were bed-in.
I'm just coming on here to see if anyone has any good/bad experiences with these pads with their 2IS. Hell, if you've used them on any other vehicle, chime in too!

I have EBC Greenstuff (6000/7000 for SUVs) installed on my family's '03 Toyota Sequoia and I gotta say they are pretty good brake pads. I had no real complains with those on that car, stopped great. If I had to do brakes for my 2IS, I may look at Yellowstuff for pads or get OEM low dust pads.
I use EBC Redstuff and I love them. After bed in there is very little noise and dust. During the bed in however they were very loud and very dusty (because race car brakes
). I'd expect the same from Yellowstuff.

^Yeah, the previous 2IS owner said the same thing about the Yellows. Mad dust during bed-in, but afterward about 25% of that of the OEM pads (guessing regular "high-dust" pads).

Well, since I had a credit of $93 with the supplier, I went ahead got those EBC Yellows shipped today. Once I finally need to replace my pads I'll do a full review.

Not sure how soon I'll actually need to install these pads. The StopTech Streets I've had on the car almost as long as the original OEM pads that only lasted 31k miles before squealing (metal pong on rotor contact). On 29k miles on the StopTechs now; I'll wait until new pads are needed to test these Yellows out.
i bought stoptechs and hated them. within 6 months i had the worst screaching sounds and had to switch em out. the only good thing i noticed was lower brake dust in comparison to oem. go ebc or go home.

Got the Yellows today. I like the metal shim integrated into the pad. What I don't like is the same paint that they use to coat the backing plate of the pad is used to paint the sides of the actual pad material yellow as well. Once I install the pads I'll give my input on them.
