I have had the Axxis pads on my IS300 and they were good pads. I was looking to switch to the Supra calipers so I needed new pads and rotors and I bought EBC Redstuff pads. These were great but I bought them for a really low price. I installed the Yellowstuff next and I loved them. I bought them to replaced the stock pads in my IS350 as well and they were great. 3 weeks after installing them I got an offer for ISF front and rear brakes for $500 and I jumped all over it and have had them on the car for a year now. I have been thinking about what I am going to do once I need to replace these and I am strongly considering switching pads and rotors to the EBC products. The EBC is very affordable and they perform great. I would be hard pressed to find a better performing product at the prices they are available at.

I had the EBC Yellow Stuff on my ISF. I had them on for about 3 months. I bed them in took them to the track for a 2 day course and I ran them through the canyons a few times... They worked great just as good as my OEM Brembos but they squealed like a pig in heat!! and they made just as much dust as my OEM pads so had to clean the ADVs on a daily basis. I switched up to some Wearever pads which are perfect for daily driving and produce about 0 brake dust lol.... I kept the Yellow Stuff pads incase I track my car again but man I could not stand the squealing noise it was so loud and so annoying!!

When I removed the pads I inspected them and I could see larger pieces of metal in the pad material that you could see that those were the pieces causing the noise...

Not looking forward to hearing any squealing! Did you have slotted rotors, because I do and that helps keep the brake pad surface smooth and might help with squealing. I have no problem with mega brake dust, but squealing WILL be an issue for me.

BTW, the Axxis Ultimate pads I have in the rear right now has flakes of copper in them to help with heat-dissipation. Perhaps that is what the Yellows have? I have no squealing from my current setup (StopTech Streets up front and those Axxis Ultimates in the rear).
