Default Noise When Steer

Im new here and was wondering if anyone can tell me whats the problem with my 00 gs300, when i steer it squeaks, like its a nasty sound, makes me not even want to drive it...thanx

Have you checked your power steering belt and fluid. If the belt is loose it will make a nasty noise.

Very simple solution and not too expensive

i didnt but thanx for the advice do it sounds like thats the problem? like even when im parked, when i turn it left and right it squeaks, one of my friend told me it might be some part around the rubber or underneath the suspension just out some grease but not sure....

I was having a similar problem. It sounded like a clicking when I turned slow and sounded liek a squeek when I turned fast. I ended up having my balljoint snap on my way home today ramming my passenger tire into my fender. If i was you I'd get it checked out ASAP

i have similar problem, and my car is in dealer to fix that problem. they said something about balljoints, and greasing bushing or something. dont know much about those, but they are replacing ball joints, and greasing bushing or something. hope this might help ya.

thanx everyone that sounds exactly like my problems one of my friend told me to put white grease it might go away because only old cars then most likely you need to change your joints but new cars its just a little bit rough so grease it up, not sure though i just want to change and fix it to get it over with, if anyone knows how much it might cost let me know...thanx all

Did any of you guys find a solution for this problem as i am having the same exact problem. Called up the dealer today and they are charging $110 plus tax for a diagnostic . Help is much appreciated.
