Hi, what could be the problem with the grinding noise by right front wheel? It makes that noise when I turn all the way to the right. Thanks in advance.

 

Check power steering fluid level.

 

Dang, I've been having the exact same problem. It would be nice if it was that and not some $$$ suspension part. When you fill the power steering fluid, does it have to be toyota/lexus name brand or anything? (like with coolant)
