Default Noise at full turn.

I am getting a noise coming out of (I think) the power steering. When I back out from the driveway and turn the wheel all the way; the noise is not really a squeal, more like a light grinding. Sounds a bit like a hamster running in his wheel. Noise comes turning both ways, at the full turn point.
Recently I replaced the fluid in the reservoir, maybe overfilling it a tad, with red "supertec" ATF, suitable for Dexron III or Mercon. Also some time ago I replaced the PS belt, so it is likely a little loose. The noise seems to be coming from the passenger side, where the ball joint boot is ripped.
car drives okay - so far - I just don't like the noise if it is something that can be fixed. Thoughts?

Does the noise come when the wheels are rolling?

The pump works when steering is turned [vehicle in park]. If the noise comes when in Drive and wheels rolling [pronounced when steering is turned all the way to left or right], indicates a bad CV point [you recently had a rip in your boot].

Do you see bubbles in the steering fluid reservoir?

Good point! Next time I get in it, turn the wheel all the way in park, if doesn't make the noise it's the CV. My ripped boot was on the inner joint. If it does make the noise while in Park, what could the issue be? Loose belt or wrong fluid?

Just making sure ,,, when you are in Park the wheels are not spinning and cv joint is not rotating. In park when you turn the steering wheel the steering pump is activated. With no noise from cv joint, the only sound would be the engine noise and steering pump noise + belt slip etc. At max turn the the relief valve is activated to bypass the pump pressure.
