Default Brake pads

I know this has been discussed about a thousand times, but I can't really find an answer. I'm not looking for any special type of brakes, just something close to stock for everyday driving. I just bought the car last week and really don't like the stopping power. It sounds like the rotors are starting to warp, but the steering wheel isn't shaking at all.

I was looking at this

Any other suggestions or comments on the item above?

I had used Axxis Deluxe Plus with Stoptech kit before. It doesn't have as many dusts as TRD pads. The stopping power is better than stock but still "streetable". From the product description, I think it's Axxis Metal Master (it's semi-metallic). With performance characteristics, dust levels, and noise levels in between the other two Axxis pads, the Metal Master can be thought of as a happy compromise between the squeaky clean Deluxe Plus and the all out performance of the Ultimate. It also provides low rotor wear and good pad longevity. Street only. NOT for track use.

Hope this helps.

BTW, upgrading brake lines will remove some of the "mushiness" out of brake pedal. The feeling is more FIRM.

For daily driving, the Deluxe pads would be more preferred but the Metal Master would do.

Default hmmmmmm

So in everyones opinion, would it be better to buy a set of drilled and slotted rotors and then go with some different brake pads than what is offered with these rotors?

I do understand about the brakeline replacements.

I just ordered some F/R Rotora's with Axxis Deluxe pads based on what I found from searching. They should be in by next week so I can reply back next weekend with my own opinion.
