Engine light appears before ignition

Engine light appears before ignition
(Before engine ignition)
When i start my car, i see check engine light, lower engine fuel light, red battery warning, lower washer fluid light.
But when i move the key further to ignite engine, all of them are disappeared. I mean when the car runs, no more warning light is appeared. Is it a problem?

When key is in first position all warning lights should be lit so that you can verify that the lights are working properly and are not burned out. On key start/run position warning lights are off unless there is an error code that triggers one or more lights to come on.
