Lexus Owners Site
I have had numerous times the site would not allow me to make entries into my own vehicle repair history. I go back an hour later and it lets me make changes. Have you tried at different times of the day?
It is likely your online ID. Tarheel49. They are probably blocking all IDs relating to tarheels. Go Wolfpack! NC State 1974. Just giving you a hard time.
My room mate at State was from Henderson. Harold Owen. Big into golf. I notice you haven't posted a lot. How long have you owned your SC? This forum has been a great resource for information. I have solved a number of problems with info I get from here. I am in Roanoke. Where in TN are you? Any way glad to have you posting. There are some here that are very good resource for info.

We are in Franklin, TN. Have been in the Brentwood/Franklin area since 1983. Bought my Lex in March of this year. 70,000 Miles, onw owner, some nicks and dings that I am working on but overall a good car. Bought it local. Appreciate the comments. I have a cousin who is a State grad-civil engineering, class of '74 I think.
I have issues with Lexus Owners site. Most times will not work with IE and will work with chrome. After the last major update is when all the issues started. I find the new site very difficult to work with. I have called them many times about issues and not much has been done
Appreciate the reply-this morning it still will not let me reset the password. Site says "site is not working please try later". But it showed this same message yesterday afternoon. I'll just wait a few weeks and try again. Thank you.
call your nearest Lexus dealer service adviser. Tell them you just bought the car, and the Lexus owner site is down. Ask them if they can email the service records on that vehicle so you know when you need to set up a service appointment with them.
I got the same issue......it said my VIN is not valid. I double checked title & registration and I even checked the door sticker....
